My daughter had her wisdom teeth and one molar extracted recently. Dr. Waack and his team were exceptional from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

This office is AMAZING! When you have to get oral surgery it can be so scary. Dr Waack and staff are kind, patient, caring, and very thorough! I appreciated the consultation before the actual surgery. I’ve never had a shot in my mouth done that did not hurt. I WAS SO THANKFUL at the skill of Dr Waak doing it with ZERO pain! If you need oral surgery, this is the office to go!

Dr. Waack and his staff seem to treat their patients based on how they feel about them personally. I was treated rudely and my tooth extraction left behind part of the tooth which caused me horrible pain and suffering. I had to go to a new surgeon to correct the BOTCHED SURGERY performed at Lake Pine Oral Surgery.

Dr. Waack is a very good surgeon. I had a tooth extraction with bone grafting in his clinic, and everything was done at a high level with the best quality, and it healed without complications. The nurses are also friendly and skillful.

If negative stars were an option, I would be selecting negative 5 stars. If you enjoy excruciating pain, a personality-challenged dentist, staff who are cold and definitely not personable, Dr. Waack and his office are the place for you. I have spent a lot of time in dentist chairs since getting metal braces as a child and more recently 7 crowns in one day, and I have never been hurt like I was by Dr. Waack. No excuse for not completely deadening before inserting needles even after I informed him that I still had feeling around the tooth. And get this - he then admonished me for squirming from the extreme pain telling me I was "only making it worse." Inexcusable in my opinion.
